I think Shannon is a sleeper. Being a resident of LA, I am very familiar with the 'I play dumb so as not to scare the boys' tactic.

And, Kate is not "island" hot. Kate is "hot" hot.

Amir- I agree Boone should never have gone in that plane. But to be fair, Locke was probably culpable for urging him to go even after he'd had the premonition that Boone would die if he went. But, I digress.

But there's no question Boon that would outscore Shannon by many, many points. And by many points, I mean 25 or 30.

Going into a plane that's hanging by nothing more than vines might indicate that one is a bit daft, but the nullity of Shannon's mind is something unprecedented in my experience.

Adeline- I'm still not current, but I'm getting close and expect to be current long before the new season starts (in January?)

The wife finds Lost's lack of narrative and character continuity vexing. As you know, I try not to be so judgmental.

Stay tuned for analysis on our man Jack.

Trent,

I LOVE LOST. I'm so glad you got to watch it. Did your wife enjoy it, too? Also, I'm so glad to hear you guys aren't sick anymore.

I bet Jack would be in the 160's or low 170's.

I'm sure you only focused on major characters, but I wonder which sibling would have scored higher, Boone or Shannon (Boone was the genius who went inside a plane suspended in precarious vines).

Furthermore, Michael's omission might imply that he is the one who cheats on the LSAT and gets caught.

Ethan,

You'd have thought I'd check there, but no. Netflix, iTunes... I was running all over and yet never bothered to check ABC.

Right, well played.

Lost,

I'd never be so presumptuous as to leave out Locke and Jack. I'm just doing the upper end of the spectrum in a subsequent post. I promise they both will receive analysis.

As for Netflix, I'm on it. Not only do I have an account with them, I've also found a way to stream Seasons 1-4 of Lost from Netflix over my cable connection and get them in HD, On Demand.

The first time I was actually successful in accessing Netflix over my Tivo, I thought I'd gone to heaven.

Admittedly, I didn't think about that when I was ailing, and it would have saved some bucks.

Lastly, I think you might be wrong about Netflix all the seasons. So far as I know, they only have 1-4 and iTunes is the only game in town for the most recent season.

Thanks for reading.

Mark,

The test is itself somewhat disquieting at times. I haven't been the same since I first read that question.
